    8 Healthy Keto Smoothies For All-Day Energy

    The main idea of the Keto diet is dropping your total daily carbs and relying on fat for getting calories.

    Keto has been proven to be effective with weight loss, controlling blood sugar levels, and lowering bad cholesterol levels.

    However, many smoothies are made of high carb ingredients and are not good for a Keto diet.

    Luckily, there are a number of keto smoothies that are low in carbohydrates and delicious.

    If you drink smoothies to help increase your fruit and vegetable intake, this can become a problem.

    But, this does not mean you need to give them up completely on a Keto diet!

    Some common fruits used in smoothies are high in carbs.

    These include mangos, bananas, apples, and peaches- plus more.

    Coconut oil also contains healthy fats that can promote weight loss.

    • 1/4 cup Blueberries
    • 1 cup Coconut Milk
    • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
    • 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder (Vanilla or unflavored)

    If you are not a fan of veggies, drinking them can be just as good.

    Adding lots of leafy greens can help keep you full longer, making this a perfect breakfast smoothie.

    • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk or Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
    • 1/2 Avocado
    • 1/2 cup Celery
    • 1/3 cup Cucumber
    • 1 oz Spinach
    • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    • Stevia
    • 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder (Vanilla or unflavored)
    • 1 tsp Match Powder (optional)

    This classic smoothie can easily be made Keto-friendly.

    Strawberries are also full of fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins!

    • 4 oz Frozen Strawberries
    • 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
    • 3/4 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
    • 2 tsp Stevia
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    A strawberry keto smoothie can make for a satisfying snack, especially after considering everything good that comes with strawberries.

    8. Blackberry Spinach Smoothie

    It might sound like an odd combo at first, but this smoothie is a perfect example of what to eat while on a Ketogenic diet.
