    Super Healthy Turmeric Keto Milkshake

A guilt-free, quick-and-easy, healthy Keto Milkshake for your low carb ketogenic diet.

We are easing into autumn with a turmeric fusion milkshake style drink that you can have cold as a refreshing and filling drink, or hot as an indulging beverage those chilly nights curled under a blanket with your favorite show on.

A lovely throwback to the 80’s when milkshake drinks were a must, this is a post-modern, reimagined version with coconut cream, almond (or any plant-based) milk and turmeric for a golden color and feel-good antioxidants.
