    Smoothies are the epitome of healthy fast food and a simple pleasure that will constantly fuel you with good nutrients and energy, even when you don’t have time to cook a hot meal.

    This Low-Carb Creamy Cinnamon Smoothie starts with a velvety smooth base of coconut and almond milk, coconut oil for a healthy addition of fats, enriched with Isopure protein and flavored with cinnamon which makes it comforting and hearty.

    If you skip the ice and add water instead you can heat it up and enjoy it as a hot beverage as well.

    • 1 cup Coconut Milk unsweetened
    • 1 cup Almond Milk unsweetened
    • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
    • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
    • 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Protein (Vanilla)
    • 1 cup Ice

    Instructions

    • Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Quick, esay, delicious!
