    1. Preheat your air fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions.
    2. In a large bowl or container add green beans, and season with the salt, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
    3. Toss to combine well.
    4. Place green beans in an even layer in the air fryer basket; cover with Parmesan cheese, and season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
    5. Meanwhile, spread the pine nuts out on a rimmed baking sheet and toast in the bottom third of the oven until just golden, about 5 minutes
    6. Cook the green beans for about 8 minutes.
    7. Serve immediately.

    • 1 egg at room temperature
    • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
    • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
    • Pinch of salt
    • Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

    Ingredients

    1. Preheat Air fryer to 350 F/175 C.
    2. Line fryer basket with foil.
    3. In a bowl, stir together the butter, stevia sweetener and softened cream cheese.
    4. Stir the vanilla extract and egg until combined well.
    5. Add the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda; continue to stir until combined well.
    6. Place the batter onto a plate lined with parchment paper.
    7. Form into a log shape, using the paper to roll out and wrap the paper around the dough.
    8. Use a sharp knife to cut any shape of cookie you like.
    9. Place cookies on lined Air basket and sprinkle with cheddar cheese (if used).
    10. Air fry for 10 minutes or until golden.
    11. Keep refrigerated into the closed container up to 4 to 5 days.
