Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Almond Flour
- 1 tablespoon Stevia
- 7 drops Liquid Stevia
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Mix all room temperature ingredients together in a large mug.
- Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
- Eat directly from the mug, or place on serving plate.
- Turn cup upside down and lightly bang it against a plate.
- Optional – top with a little heavy cream.
