    Keto Pad Thai Recipe (15-Minute Dinner)

    Our Keto Pad Thai recipe is a super-easy, super-healthy and super-tasty dinner recipe made with simple ingredients – made in just 15 minutes!

    When you need something quick, nutritious, flavorful and very low in carbs, this is the recipe to make.

    By swapping the rice noodles with shirataki noodles we keep the calories and the carbohydrates low so that we can splurge on healthy fats like sesame oil which adds a nutty aftertaste to the dish.

    You’ll get your Asian noodle fix without the takeaway guilt, and you can experiment with either fish, shrimp, chicken or even red meat to switch things up when you need a speedy midweek keto dinner in just 15 minutes.

    Keto Pad Thai Recipe

    For this delicious low carb you’re going to need:

    • 14 oz Shirataki Noodles
    • 7 oz Chicken
    • 2 Eggs
    • 3 Spring Onions
    • 1/4 cup Peanut
    • 2 cloves of Garlic
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Erythritol
    • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil

    Ingredients

    • 14 oz Shirataki Noodles
    • 7 oz Chicken diced
    • 2 Eggs beaten
    • 3 Spring Onions finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup Peanuts unsalted
    • 2 cloves Garlic minced
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Erythritol
    • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil

    Instructions

    • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles for 2 minutes.
    • Heat one tablespoon of the sesame oil in a pan and sauté the noodles for 2-3 minutes until lightly crispy and golden. Set aside.
    • In the same pan, heat the remaining sesame oil and sauté the chicken for 3-4 minutes. Add the peanuts and garlic to the pan and cook for another minute. Pour in the eggs stirring constantly, until solid.
    • Toss in the noodles and season with the fish sauce, red pepper flakes and Erythritol.
    • Divide into plates, drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with the chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
