    Keto Lemon Garlic Salmon Dinner

    For this delicious recipe you’ll need:

    • 2 Salmon fillets (around 150g / 5.3oz each)
    • 2 tbsp Butter
    • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    • 3 cloves Garlic
    • 1 medium Lemon (juice and zest)
    • Salt and Pepper


    To start, heat the butter in a deep pan and sauté your salmon fillets for around 1 minute on each side.

    While you’re doing that, thinly slice your garlic and zest your lemon.

    Add the garlic to your pan with the salmon and let it cook for another minute.

    Pour in your heavy cream, lemon zest then season with salt and pepper.

    Let the cream cook until it thickens, then lower the heat and add your lemon juice gently stirring to incorporate it with the sauce.

    This lemon garlic salmon goes great with a low carb salad or side dish like our keto zucchini fries.

    • 2 fillets Salmon (5.3oz / 150g each) fresh or frozen
    • 2 tbsp Butter
    • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
    • 3 cloves Garlic
    • 1 medium Lemon juice and zest
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


    • Heat the butter in a deep pan and sauté the salmon for a minute on each side.
    • In the meantime thinly slice the garlic. Add to pan with the salmon and cook for another minute.
    • Pour in the cream, add the lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper to taste. When the sauce thickens, lower the heat and add the lemon juice stirring to incorporate to the sauce.
    • Serve warm with a low-carb side dish.

      • Hey CeeCee, you can definitely substitute the salmon for chicken in this recipe. Cooking times will change a bit but it should be just as delicious. Enjoy!

    1. I made it! My son likes salmon broiled in soy sauce, pineapple juice, bourbon and brown sugar, so a sweet glazed salmon. I wasn’t expecting it, but he loved the lemon and cream salmon just as much.
