Say goodbye to potato fries.
These keto, baked zucchini fries will become your family’s all-time favorite.
They crisp up nicely in the oven, and you can easily reheat your leftover keto fries, either in the oven or on the stovetop.
They make the perfect keto side dish, served with gravy or with a delicious keto dip, and they will take your sandwiches and burgers to the next level!
And the best part?
They only have 3g of net carbs per portion!
For a more rustic vibe and a slightly earthy note, leave the peel on the zucchinis.
It makes the preparation process easier and adds a little bit extra fiber and crispiness.
Keto Baked Zucchini Fries

For these delicious low carb zucchini fries you'll need:
- 2 medium Zucchinis
- 1 Egg
- ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Ready to make these delicious fries?
To get things started preheat your oven to 390°F / 200°C and line a wide baking pan with baking paper.
Next, slice your zucchinis into long fries strips.
Whisk your egg in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste (you won't need much salt because the parmesan is already sharp and salty!)
Add your parmesan cheese to another bowl and begin coating your zucchini fries!
Dip the sliced zucchini fries into the egg making sure to coat them evenly all over.
Toss them into the bowl of parmesan and press to coat evenly on all sides.
Place the zucchini fries onto your baking tray and drizzle them with olive oil.
Now they're ready to bake!
Place them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Serve these delicious low carb zucchini fries warm!
They are a great side dish for so many keto dinner recipes, especially our lemon garlic salmon.
As always, leave a comment if you love these fries as much as we do!

Can these be made in an air fryer?
Jennifer Zhang
Hey Connie, they sure can! I'm not too sure what the cooking time would be but if you try them please let me know 🙂

Can these be warmed up in microwave
Jennifer
Yes they can, you can also throw them in the oven or air fryer 🙂
Tom
I do not like Parmesan. Is there another coating that works??
Jennifer Zhang
Hey Tom, you can definitely substitute the Parmesan for other types of cheese or just avoid cheese altogether. Make sure you check the carb content of the cheese you use but most will be fine 🙂
