Keto Baked Zucchini Balls

For our Keto Baked Zucchini Balls you’ll need to grab:

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Let’s get started!

First, preheat your oven to 390°F / 200°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Next, you’ll need to grate your Zucchini and then squeeze it together tightly to remove all the liquids.

It’s really important to remove as much liquid as possible so that the dough holds together, so you may need to do this a few times!

Now you’ll want to whisk your eggs and mince your garlic clove.

In a large mixing bowl add the grated zucchini, whisked eggs, garlic, mozzarella cheese, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.

Knead the mixture together for a couple of minutes and then shape it into balls ready to bake!

Place the zucchini balls on your lined baking pan and drizzle over your olive oil.

Bake the zucchini balls in your preheated oven for 15 minutes, remember to turn the pan halfway through so that they cook evenly!

Serve warm and enjoy this amazing low carb keto snack or meal anytime!

  1. Can’t wait to try these – zucchini has become my favorite vegetable! I just bought an air fryer, can I make these in that? If so, what temp/how long to bake?
    Thanks in advance!

    1. Hi Loretta, I’m positive you could make these in an air fryer, however, I don’t have one on hand to give you the instructions. Maybe you can give them a try and let me know and I’ll update the recipe for others? Thanks!
