Keto Cucumber Gin Cocktail (Easy and Refreshing)

Raise your glass to the invention of low carb, keto-friendly cocktails! Our version of this gin cucumber cocktail is light and bubbly with the addition of sparkling water and cucumbers. It also has the perfect ratio of gin to juice and of course is low in carbs.

This cucumber-infused cocktail has a fresh and cool taste that is totally thirst-quenching. This makes it the perfect cocktail for festive dinner parties or a nightcap after a long day. It's also a wonderful summer cocktail!

Are Cocktails Keto?

Most traditional cocktails are definitely not keto-friendly. They are often made with sodas, juices and fruits that are high in sugar. But don't worry! There are a number of keto cocktails you can make which are super low in carbs.

Ingredients for our Cucumber Gin Cocktail

Our cucumber cocktail recipe is SUPER EASY to make and only requires 10 minutes of prep. The ingredients you'll need are:

Gin - Gin is the perfect alcohol for the keto diet because it contains ZERO carbs!

Fresh Celery Juice - Celery juice is low in carbs and super refreshing. It's also a really healthy option high in vitamins A, C and K as well as folate, calcium and potassium. A real superfood.

Fresh Lime Juice - Just like in a margarita fresh lime juice is a must! It really makes a huge difference so unless you have no other option opt for fresh limes.

Sparkling Water - Sparkling water has no carbs and is the perfect substitute for sodas and tonics in our cucumber cocktail.

Cucumber - Cucumber is a keto-friendly vegetable because of its low net carbs. It's also a great diet food because it contains so few calories. It's loaded with nutrients and makes our cocktail even more refreshing.

How to Make the Perfect Cucumber Cocktail

To get started grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add the gin, celery juice and lime juice then shake vigorously until everything is combined and chilled.

Grab two ice-filled glasses and add a few slices of cucumber to each. Strain half the cocktail into each of the glasses then top with sparkling water. Garnish with rosemary and enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 3 oz Fresh Celery Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 6 oz Sparkling Water
  • 4 slices Cucumber

To Garnish

  • Rosemary
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Combine the gin with celery juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well, until chilled.
  • Place the ice in two tall glasses. Add the cucumber slices and some ice. Strain the drink into the glasses.
  • Top with sparkling water, and garnish with rosemary.
