Fresh Celery Juice - Celery juice is low in carbs and super refreshing. It's also a really healthy option high in vitamins A, C and K as well as folate, calcium and potassium. A real superfood.
Fresh Lime Juice - Just like in a margarita fresh lime juice is a must! It really makes a huge difference so unless you have no other option opt for fresh limes.
Sparkling Water - Sparkling water has no carbs and is the perfect substitute for sodas and tonics in our cucumber cocktail.
Cucumber - Cucumber is a keto-friendly vegetable because of its low net carbs. It's also a great diet food because it contains so few calories. It's loaded with nutrients and makes our cocktail even more refreshing.
How to Make the Perfect Cucumber Cocktail
To get started grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add the gin, celery juice and lime juice then shake vigorously until everything is combined and chilled.
Grab two ice-filled glasses and add a few slices of cucumber to each. Strain half the cocktail into each of the glasses then top with sparkling water. Garnish with rosemary and enjoy!

Keto Cucumber Gin Cocktail
- 1 oz Gin
- 3 oz Fresh Celery Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 6 oz Sparkling Water
- 4 slices Cucumber
- Combine the gin with celery juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well, until chilled.
