- 3 large Lettuce Leaves
- 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 6 strips Bacon
- ½ large Tomato thinly sliced
- ½ Avocado thinly sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves and flatten slightly.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each leaf.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 2 slices of bacon to each leaf.
- Divide avocado slices and place on each leaf.
- Wrap tightly.
