You’ll only need heavy cream and sugar-free chocolate to make our keto ganache. You can use chocolate chips or standard chocolate. If you use a chocolate block, make sure you chop it into fine pieces first.

Gradually add the sugar-free chocolate stirring very gently to emulsify the ingredients.
When the mixture reaches a velvety smooth texture remove it from the heat and keep stirring for another 30 seconds. Keto chocolate ganache can be served hot or cold.

- 1 cup Sugar-free Chocolate (or Chocolate Chips) chopped
