How To Make Cheesecake Fat Bombs
Like I mentioned earlier, these fat bombs are very easy to make and come together in just 10 minutes. Simply whisk together the cream cheese, peanut butter, erythritol and a pinch of salt until they are fully combined.
Dust the cocoa powder on a wide plate and scoop out balls of the mixture using a cake scooper. Roll the balls on the cocoa powder until they are fully covered and then drop them onto a baking sheet.
To set the balls, freeze for a few minutes or refrigerate for a few hours and then they're ready to eat!

- ⅙ teaspoon Salt
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the cream cheese with the peanut butter, salt and Erythritol.
- Dust the cocoa powder on a wide plate.
- Scoop balls of the mixture and roll into the cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until solid and enjoy cold.
