They are my go-to choice when I'm craving something sweet. They will fuel you with a burst of energy and they are so easy to make in just 10 minutes and with only 5 ingredients!

They are bite-sized and make an amazing pre-workout snack. With a creamy and fluffy texture, these keto fat bombs taste just like you are eating chocolate cheesecake!

What Are Fat Bombs?

If you're a beginner just starting out on the ketogenic diet you'll definitely want to incorporate fat bombs into your low carb keto diet. They are a great snack loaded with healthy fats that can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge or freezer.

Fat bombs are a popular choice for keto-ers who often find themselves craving sweet treats which are notoriously high in carbohydrates. They're also a great way to add more healthy fats to your diet which will be your main source of fuel as you enter the metabolic state of ketosis.

To Make Cheesecake Fat Bombs You'll Need:

This fat bomb recipe is super easy to make and only needs 5 ingredients:

  • Full-fat cream cheese
  • Low-carb peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • Erythritol (or your favorite keto sweetener)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Salt

How To Make Cheesecake Fat Bombs

Like I mentioned earlier, these fat bombs are very easy to make and come together in just 10 minutes. Simply whisk together the cream cheese, peanut butter, erythritol and a pinch of salt until they are fully combined.

Dust the cocoa powder on a wide plate and scoop out balls of the mixture using a cake scooper. Roll the balls on the cocoa powder until they are fully covered and then drop them onto a baking sheet.

To set the balls, freeze for a few minutes or refrigerate for a few hours and then they're ready to eat!

You are able to store these fat bombs to grab as a quick snack or post-workout energy boost. Keep them covered in an air-tight container and keep them refrigerated. They are really delicious cold!

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup Cream Cheese full fat
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut Butter (Low-Carb) smooth or chunky (¼ cup)
  • 2 tablespoon Erythritol
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • ⅙ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together the cream cheese with the peanut butter, salt and Erythritol.
  • Dust the cocoa powder on a wide plate.
  • Scoop balls of the mixture and roll into the cocoa powder.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours until solid and enjoy cold.
