    1. I’m starting today! Fingers crossed – can I check that kale/ cabbage and green lettuce are ok in moderation? I am post menopause and really need my leafy greens!

      • Hi Alexia, good luck! Yes, kale/cabbage/green lettuce are all perfect for keto because of their low carb content. Enjoy as much as you want!

    2. I have completed my first 5 days and like the recipes so far, especially the salmon with garlic & lemon. Can i continue on with these recipes for the next 2 phases, or do I have to follow your recipes? I am single and noticed I am having left overs that I would like to finish before moving forward to the other recipes.

      • Hi Sabjo, the beauty of this meal plan is that it’s entirely up to you 🙂 You can definitely keep using the same recipes and mix and match your favorites from the meal plan. Hope that helps!

    3. Thank you so much for sharing all of these post. I started it yesterday. I will come back and let you know how it’s going. Again Thank you
