  1. I’m starting today! Fingers crossed – can I check that kale/ cabbage and green lettuce are ok in moderation? I am post menopause and really need my leafy greens!

    1. Hi Alexia, good luck! Yes, kale/cabbage/green lettuce are all perfect for keto because of their low carb content. Enjoy as much as you want!

  2. I have completed my first 5 days and like the recipes so far, especially the salmon with garlic & lemon. Can i continue on with these recipes for the next 2 phases, or do I have to follow your recipes? I am single and noticed I am having left overs that I would like to finish before moving forward to the other recipes.

    1. Hi Sabjo, the beauty of this meal plan is that it’s entirely up to you 🙂 You can definitely keep using the same recipes and mix and match your favorites from the meal plan. Hope that helps!
