Ingredients

  • 3 oz breakfast sausage
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cheddar cheese slice
  • Chives or spring onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat add olive oil, cook sausage until no longer pink
  • In the same pan cook egg until the desired doneness
  • Transfer to serving plate
  • Garnish with chives or green onion
