- 3 oz Breakfast Sausage
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
- Chives/Spring Onions to garnish
- Heat a skillet over medium heat add olive oil, cook sausage until no longer pink.
- In the same pan cook egg until the desired doneness.
- Transfer to serving plate.
- Garnish with chives or green onion.
