Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Low-Carb Protein Powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until you have a thick creamy consistency.
