Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 2 strips Bacon diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Rosemary fresh, to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients and heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

  • Add the bacon with the capers and garlic and cook until the bacon is golden and crispy.

  • Whip the butter with an electric mixer or whisk until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Spread and smear on a serving board and top with the bacon, capers and garlic. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
