Heat your dark chocolate in the microwave until soft but not runny. In a mixing bowl, combine the soft dark chocolate and cream cheese. Add the sweetener to the mixture and mix well until you reach a silky smooth consistency.
In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until thick. Divide the chocolate mixture into four portions and spoon into dessert glasses. Add dollops of the whipped cream on top. Optionally add sliced strawberries on top of the mousse.
