- 4 Pork Sausages (4 links -⅞" dia x 4" long) chopped
- 2 cups Cauliflower Florets
- 4 Red Peppers cut into strips
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic whole
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill to garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and spread out 4 pieces of foil, each about 2 feet long.
Create layers of the ingredients, starting with the pepper strips, onions, cauliflower and finally sausages.
Add the cloves of garlic whole, in between to infuse flavor. Season with salt and black pepper.
Add a tablespoon of butter on each parcel and fold the foil tightly to enclose all the ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
