Homemade Keto Ice Cream
- 1 cup Frozen Strawberries or low-carb fruit of your choice
- 1 cup Heavy Cream cold
- ¼ teaspoon Erythritol powdered
Add the frozen fruit to a blender or food processor. Process for a few seconds until the fruits are broken into pieces.
Pour in the heavy cream and the Erythritol and process for a few more seconds until creamy and smooth.
