Heat the butter in a frying pan and sauté the beef for 5-7 minutes, over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
In the meantime, whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl with the sour cream and baking powder. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Chop the broccoli florets and add to the mixture. Add the cooked beef and fold in the parmesan cheese.
Divide the mixture into two greased quiche ramekins or baking pan of your choice and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool for around 10 minutes and then serve.
