Gather the ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes.
Thoroughly drain the green beans in a colander and pat them dry with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.
Place them in a mixing bowl and coat them with melted butter/olive oil—season with a pinch of sea salt, garlic powder, and freshly ground black pepper. Set aside.
Heat a dry pan and cook the bacon for a few seconds until slightly golden.
Divide the beans into small bunches of 8 to 10 beans. Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon, tucking the end of the bacon strip underneath to keep it in place.
Arrange the wrapped beans on the baking tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Transfer to a plate and serve hot, drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
