Keto Sausage Foil Packets

Spicy sausages, garlic, and herbs wrapped in foil. Great for delicate ingredients like the peppers while keeping the cauliflower florets tender and the sausages juicy.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pork Sausages (4 links -⅞" dia x 4" long) chopped
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 4 Red Peppers cut into strips
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic whole
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and spread out 4 pieces of foil, each about 2 feet long.
  • Create layers of the ingredients, starting with the pepper strips, onions, cauliflower and finally sausages.
  • Add the cloves of garlic whole, in between to infuse flavor. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Add a tablespoon of butter on each parcel and fold the foil tightly to enclose all the ingredients.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill.
