Inspired by the butter boards that went viral on TikTok, this keto-friendly cream cheese board is a different and exciting version. Topped with our unique roasted red pepper pesto, it makes a -much literally- finger-licking quick meal or snack that you can whip up in minutes.

Ingredients
  

For the Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 1 ½ cups Cream Cheese full-fat
  • 4 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Green Onions or substitute for dried mint/oregano/basil/chives

For the Pesto

  • cup Roasted Red Peppers homemade or jar
  • cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ clove Garlic
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted red peppers with the parmesan cheese, olive oil, sunflower seeds, and garlic. Process to make the pesto, pulsing for a few seconds until it reaches a coarse consistency. Season with sea salt.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and dried green onions.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on a board and drizzle with the red roasted pepper pesto.
  • Garnish with dried green onions and serve at room temperature. Serve with your favorite keto chips, crackers, breads, or veggie sticks.
