Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese sliced
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoon Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar Cream
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper freshly ground, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the spinach leaves, tomatoes, avocado slices, and mozzarella cheese slices into a salad bowl.
  • Season generously and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar cream. Serve at room temperature, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
