Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 cups Chinese Cabbage shredded
  • ½ medium Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 2 Green Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the sesame oil in a wide non-stick pan or wok and sauté the ground pork over medium heat.
  • Add the onion to the pan and cook for another minute.
  • Add the liquid aminos, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Mix and add the cabbage. Stir well and cook for about 3-5 minutes, adding a few tablespoons of water if needed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
