  • Place the berries in a saucepan and lightly crush with a fork or potato masher. If you like your jam chunky, leave a few berries whole.
  • If you can’t find ground chia seeds you can use a mortar and pestle to lightly crush them or use them whole.
  • Add the lemon juice and chia seeds and bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat, add the Erythritol and mix well.
  • Allow to cool down before storing in an airtight container or glass jar.
