Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • cup Water or unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with baking paper.
  • Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. They are ready when a meringue with stiff peaks has formed.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks with the melted butter. Add the coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

  • Fold in the egg whites gently to incorporate without overmixing. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the batter is thick and spreadable.

  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
