This chili garlic roasted chicken and carrots recipe makes a quick, easy and healthy dinner in one pan. Chicken breasts and carrots coated with a spicy garlic sauce and then roasted to perfection — so simple and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless (2 medium chicken breasts)
  • 4 small Carrots sliced into thick strips
  • 6 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C and line a baking dish with baking paper.
  • Mix the olive oil with the garlic powder, chili flakes, paprika and salt in a bowl.
  • Coat the chicken and the carrots with the mixture and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked through. Serve hot.
