Our keto peanut butter energy balls are no bake, and they're easy to make. They're healthy and only have 3 ingredients, so you can whip them up in no time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Keto Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • Pinch of Salt optional to taste
  • Dessicated Coconut optional to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking pan with baking paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter with the sugar-free maple syrup and the coconut flour (also the salt if you are using it) and mix well to get a thick but workable batter.
  • Shape into bite-sized balls and place on the lined baking pan, making sure they don’t touch.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set, and serve cold, optionally sprinkled with coconut.
