Keto chocolate chip cookies are delicious as a snack or dessert. Soft and chewy with a hint of pumpkin spice. Sugar-free keto chocolate chip cookies are the best of both worlds - just like the real thing but without the carbs!

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with an electric or hand mixer for 20 seconds until well combined and lump-free.
  • Scoop the batter into 12 cookies and place them on the prepared baking tray. Flatten the dough with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool on a rack and serve.
