Keto halloumi fries are a crispy crunch with soft and chewy cheese coated in spicy paprika and almond flour to create the perfect appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Halloumi Cheese cut into fries
  • 4 tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ cup Sunflower Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour with the paprika.
  • Coat the Halloumi sticks evenly with the mixture.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in a wide pan and fry the sticks for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and evenly cooked.
  • Transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot.
