Our oven roasted green beans are made with fresh green beans and coated with a creamy garlic sauce. They are roasted to perfection with a golden layer of mozzarella and Parmesan. An amazing, super easy side dish everyone will love!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Green Beans defrosted if frozen
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the green beans in a baking pan. Pour the heavy cream over the beans and sprinkle with the minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with the grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
