  • 2 lb Green Beans defrosted if frozen
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Arrange the green beans into a baking pan. Pour the heavy cream over the beans and sprinkle with the minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with the grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
