Keto Cheesecake Fat Bombs
Creamy and fluffy Keto Cheesecake Fat Bombs can be made in 10-minutes with just 5-ingredients and taste just like chocolate cheesecake!
- ½ cup Cream Cheese full fat
- 4 tablespoon Peanut Butter (Low-Carb) smooth or chunky (¼ cup)
- 2 tablespoon Erythritol
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- ⅙ teaspoon Salt
In a large mixing bowl whisk together the cream cheese with the peanut butter, salt and Erythritol.
Dust the cocoa powder on a wide plate.
Scoop balls of the mixture and roll into the cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until solid and enjoy cold.
