Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Stevia
  • 7 drops Liquid Stevia
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Mix all room temperature ingredients together in a large mug.
  • Microwave on high for 70 seconds.
  • Eat directly from the mug, or place on serving plate.
  • Turn cup upside down and lightly bang it against a plate.
  • Optional – top with a little heavy cream.
