Keto Cheeseburger Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Shredded Mixed Cheese
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Dried Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C degrees.
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, mustard powder, and garlic powder.
  • Add the dried onions and mix well. Remove from the heat.
  • Add 1 cup of mixed cheese to the beef and divide the mixture into small pie baking trays.
  • Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise and spread over the beef mixture.
  • Top with the remaining shredded, mixed cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until golden and serve hot.
