Instructions
Assemble the skewers by threading a mushroom/artichoke onto a skewer, followed by a cherry tomato, an olive, a cube of cheese and a slice of deli meat. Repeat this pattern until all ingredients are used, leaving some space at the end of the skewer for easy handling.
Repeat the process with the remaining skewers and ingredients.
Once all the skewers are assembled, garnish each skewer with a fresh basil leaf for added flavor and presentation.
Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze for a tangy and sweet touch and serve.
