Antipasto Skewers Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 Marinated Mushrooms or Artichoke Hearts
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10 Olives choose your favorite variety
  • 10 cubes Cheese such as mozzarella, provolone, or cheddar
  • 10 slices Deli Meats such as salami, ham, or turkey
  • Fresh Basil Leaves for garnish
  • Balsamic Glaze for dizzling (optional)

Instructions

  • Assemble the skewers by threading a mushroom/artichoke onto a skewer, followed by a cherry tomato, an olive, a cube of cheese and a slice of deli meat. Repeat this pattern until all ingredients are used, leaving some space at the end of the skewer for easy handling.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining skewers and ingredients.
  • Once all the skewers are assembled, garnish each skewer with a fresh basil leaf for added flavor and presentation.
  • Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze for a tangy and sweet touch and serve.
