This breadless keto club sandwich has all the flavor and texture you expect from a classic club sandwich without the carbs! It’s a perfect lunch, dinner, or snack and a great way to use leftover cooked chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large leaves Iceberg Lettuce or any type of lettuce with large leaves (we used savoy)
  • 1 roasted Chicken Breast skinless, grilled
  • 4 slices Deli Turkey or other deli meat
  • 2 slices Edam Cheese
  • ½ small Tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove the core from the iceberg lettuce and peel off 6 large leaves.
  • Place two of the leaves together and spread over 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  • Add one slice of cheese, two pieces of sliced turkey, and the roast chicken breast on top. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.
  • Place another two lettuce leaves on top and spread over the remaining mayonnaise. Add the other slice of cheese, sliced turkey, and sliced tomato seasoning with more salt and pepper.
  • Top with the remaining lettuce leaves, and slice the club sandwich in half, placing a toothpick through each piece to secure it.
