Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Avocado Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Low Carb Sugar Substitute powdered
  • Warm Water as needed to reach the desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Combine the peanut butter with the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, avocado oil, turmeric, and Erythritol in a mixing bowl. Whisk all the ingredients together until they're well combined.
  • Slowly and gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, and whisk until you get the desired consistency.
  • Make a thinner dressing for green salads by adding more water or a thicker sauce/dip for vegetables, meat, fish, and poultry.
